GAZA, Feb 5 (KUNA) -- Israeli army on Sunday opened fire towards
Palestinian farmers east of Qararah, located northeast of Khan Younis, South
of Gaza Strip.
Eyewitnesses told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the Israeli military
vehicles arrived this morning to the military site of Kissufim east of
Qararah, where Israeli soldiers opened fire towards Palestinian farmers
working in their farmlands.
According to Palestinian medical sources, no one was injured in the Israeli
attack. The farmers were forced to leave their lands in order to avoid Israeli
attacks.
Meanwhile, a young Palestinian man and a four-year old girl were wounded in
a series of air strikes by Israeli war planes on Friday. (end).
