Haniyeh urges "in-depth dialogue" with Jihad

GAZA, Jan 17 (KUNA) -- Prime Minister of the Palestinian government in Gaza Ismail Haniyeh urged to open an "in-depth dialogue" between Hamas and the Islamic Jihad in order to achieve a complete unity between the two movements.
Media spokesman at Haniyeh's office said in a statement distributed here Tuesday, that the invitation came during a meeting with a leading delegation of Islamic Jihad.
During the encounter, they discussed the latest political developments and the results of Haniyeh's foreign tour and the latest developments in the reconciliation process, in addition to the results of the Arab revolutions and bilateral relations between the Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
