KUWAIT, Oct 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwait will be participating in the eighth
Korea-Middle East cooperation forum held in Seoul, the southern capital of
Korea on October 18.
The forum will discuss relations between GCC countries and Korea as well as
Kuwaiti-Korean relations as a model for GCC-Korean ties.
It will also discuss the effects of the development of Asia in educational
and cultural relations between Korea and GCC countries as well as deals of
geopolitical developments taking place in the Arab world, and ways to
strengthen the relations.
Heading the Kuwaiti delegation is Director-General of Kuwait Diplomatic
Institute (KDI) Ambassador Abdul-Aziz Al-Sharekh, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Seoul,
Muteb Al-Mutoteh and second Secretary in the Diplomatic Institute Nasser
Al-Khalidi.
Speaking in the forum will be Deputy Foreign Minister Dong-seok and head of
Saudi Arabia's King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies Turki
