Kuwait University announces admittance of referred students

KUWAIT, Sept 2 (KUNA) -- Kuwait University announced Wednesday approval of enrolment of students presenting papers till August 24, referred from non-Arabic schools, and of 67 from other universities and the Public Authority of Applied Education and Training (PAAET).
Dean of Admittance and Registration Dr. Muthanna Al-Rifai said 291 students were admitted in all KU colleges, which includes non-nationals from several categories.
The official noted an SMS has been sent to all students with both acceptance and specification of the departments they are to study in. An SMS is also to be sent alerting of time for registration.
The official urged the students to come to the registration hall in Shuwaikh on time personally with original ID cards or to send their representatives with satisfactory identification. (end) asa.wsa KUNA 021311 Sep 09NNNN
