KUWAIT, Feb 10 (KUNA) -- The State of Kuwait Sunday saw the first issue of
"Arrouiah" newspaper on news stands with coverage on political, economic,
sports, social, cultural, and arts issues.
The daily's Editor in Chief is Saud Al-Sebeiei and the first issue debuted
with a number of special interviews and reports with contributions by local as
