KUWAIT, Dec 21 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) Chief Dr. Hamad Al-Mekrad on Sunday congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the second anniversary of his accession to power.
In remarks to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Mekrad commended the progress and development Kuwait has seen under His Highness the Amir's leadership, as well as the security and stability achieved through his guidance and vision, wishing His Highness the Amir lasting health. (end)
