Minister Al-Mahsaan examines paving seaside Arabian Gulf Street

KUWAIT, Dec 5 (KUNA) -- Minister of Public Works Dr. Nora Al-Mashaan on Friday examined paving works on the seafront Arabian Gulf Street that marks Kuwait city's palm tree-dotted beachfront.
The minister said in a statement that her tour of the work sites along the street was part of her policy to examine the projects closely, stressing on the necessity to meet the set timetables to finish the tasks.
Minister Al-Mashaan also affirmed necessity to ensure the highest standards of quality in the works' execution to ease motorists' movement throughout the road network.
Workers, equipped with heavy vehicles, have been face lifting the main seaside street along with many roads throughout Kuwait. (end) tms.rk
