KUWAIT, Oct 9 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations on Thursday to the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, on his country's Independence Day.
