Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan
ANKARA -- Addressing an emergency parliamentary session, Fidan declared that Ankara no longer allows Turkish ships to sail to the occupation ports and Israeli aircraft to enter its airspace.
Fidan made the announcement, yet one of the harshest ever made by Ankara against Tel Aviv, during the session, devoted for discussing the genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza. "The Palestinians' resistance will alter course of the history and shake foundations of the decaying (occupation) regime," he said.
The Israeli occupation has shunned humanitarian values by committing the genocide in Gaza since two years ago under the watchful eyes of the world, Fidan said.
The occupation brutality in Gaza is one of the darkest pages in the history of the human race, the foreign minister added, reiterating opposition to schemes to evict the Palestinians from the enclave. (end)
