MADRID, Aug 28 (KUNA) -- The Spanish Foreign Ministry summoned the Charge D'affaires of the Russian Embassy in Madrid on Thursday to express protest at a series of Russian attacks on Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, last night. Officials from the Spanish Foreign Ministry, who spoke on condition of anonymity, described the Russian military's actions as an "unacceptable attack." These attacks resulted in the deaths and injuries of several Ukrainian civilians and caused significant damage to various buildings, including the European Union Mission building.
