KUWAIT, Aug 11 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to President Marshal Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, President of Chad on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
