KUWAIT, June 12 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent, on Thursday, a cable of congratulations to the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, on his country's national day.
