KUWAIT, March 18 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the deadly attacks by the Israeli occupation forces on Gaza Strip last night, which left hundreds of casualties, the majority of whom were children, women and elderly.
Such military escalation constitutes a grave violation of the ceasefire agreement and reflects the occupation forces' policy of genocide targeting civilians and destroying infrastructure in the Strip, the Ministry stressed in a statement on Tuesday.
Kuwait reaffirmed its calls on the international community, particularly the UN Security Council (SC) and the parties to the ceasefire agreement, to take immediate action to halt the Israeli attacks, protect the Palestinian people, and prevent all violations that threaten peace and stability in the region.
