PARIS, March 13 (KUNA) -- Ambassador Abdullah Al-Shahin presented on Thursday his credentials as Kuwait's envoy to French President Emmanuel Macron.
Speaking to KUNA in a statement following a ceremony held at The Elysأ©e Palace in Paris, Al-Shahin conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah to the French president.
The ambassador expressed deep-rooted historic ties between Kuwait and France in varied domains and on popular and official levels.
Al-Shahin said he looks forward to continuing to enhance bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, and upgrade them for wider horizons in a manner that serves common interest and boost strategic partnership. (end)
