KUWAIT, Jan 13 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya received a copy of credentials of Armenian Ambassador to Kuwait Arsen Arakelyan on Monday at the ministry's headquarters.
