KUWAIT, Aug 1 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a congratulatory cable to the President of Benin Patrice Talon on the occasion of his country's national day.
