KUWAIT, Sept 24 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a cable to President of Guinea-Bissau Umaro Sissoco Embalo, congratulating him on the national day of his country.
