KUWAIT, June 10 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Saturday a cable to the President of Portugal, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, congratulating him on Portugal's national day.
