Deputy FM meets Norway Ambassador

KUWAIT, March 21 (KUNA) -- Deputy Foreign Minister, Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi, met Tuesday with Norway Ambassador in Abu Dhabi and Assigned to the State of Kuwait Sten Arne Rosnes.
