KUWAIT, March 17 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to President of Ireland Michael Daniel Higgins on the occasion of his country's National Day.
