KUWAIT, Feb 7 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Tuesday a cable to the Governor-General of Grenada Cecile La Grenade, congratulating her on her country's National Day.
