Spain probes terror motive after stabbing attacks kill one person, injure several others

MADRID, Jan 25 (KUNA) -- One person was killed and at least four others were wounded in a series of stabbing attacks on two churches in southern Spain.
A security source told the Spanish TV, the attacker, who was carrying a bladed weapon, injured a priest near San Lorenzo parish in Algeciras. He then moved to San Lorenzo Church where he killed a worker and injured three churchgoers.
Later the suspect was arrested by police as he tried to assault a third church.
The security source identified that the arrested suspect a 25 year-old Moroccan.
It added that police was dealing with the incident as a religiously-motivated terror attack. (end) hnd.ibi
