RAMALLAH, Dec 2 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian young man was killed in a shooting by Israeli occupation forces in Huwwara to the south of Nablus in the West Bank on Friday, according to the Ministry of Health.
The ministry said in a press statement that it was informed by the General Authority for Civil Affairs about the death of the youth.
Ammar Mefleh, 22, from Osrin Village to the southeast of Nablus, was shot dead by Israeli occupation forces, according to local sources.
A video footage of the shooting showed that Mefleh tried to run away during a scuffle with Israeli occupation soldiers who shot him and left him bleeding at the site, the sources said. (end)
