KUWAIT, March 19 (KUNA) -- 2008 -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah addresses the Kuwaiti people over dissolving the parliament for sake of protecting the homeland against "irresponsible acts." 2009 -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah issues a decree accepting resignation of His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah and his cabinet.
