WASHINGTON, Feb 27 (KUNA) -- US President Donald J. Trump said Friday he was not happy with the way the third round of indirect negotiations with Iran have gone in Geneva yesterday.
In press remarks at the White House, he noted he has not made a final decision on military option against Iran as more talks were expected on Tehran's nuclear program.
The Iranians have not shown good will so far, he claimed.
"They are not willing to give us what we have to have," he noted, adding, "I'm not thrilled with that. We'll see what happens--. We'll have some additional talks today." President Trump affirmed that he does not favor using military force but sometimes this is inevitable. Earlier today, the State Dept. said in a press release that Secretary of State Marco Rubio would be visiting the Israeli occupation on March 2-3 amid speculations of potential military strikes against Iran.
Rubio will discuss a host of regional topics, notably, Iran, Lebanon, and the 20-point plan for peace in Gaza Strip, according to the statement. (end) amm.gb
