WASHINGTON, Feb 12 (KUNA) -- US President Donald Trump warned on Thursday there should be a deal with Iran next month or it is going to be "very traumatic".
"We have to make a deal otherwise it's going to be very traumatic, very traumatic. I don't want that to happen, but we have to make a deal," Trump said to reporters at the White House.
"They should have made a deal the first time and they got Midnight Hammer instead, and this will be very traumatic for Iran if they don't make a deal. Look, if they don't make a deal, then uh it'll be a different story," he added Asked about a timetable for negotiations with Iran, the US president replied, "I guess over the next month, something like that, yeah -- shouldn't take, I mean, it should happen quickly. They should agree very quickly." Trump's new statements came following his meeting with Israeli occupation prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier in the day. (end) rsr.mt
