ALGIERS, Feb 5 (KUNA) -- The Nigerian Red Cross Society said Wednesday that at least 162 people were killed in terrorist attacks on Woro and Nuku villages in the western state of Kwara yesterday afternoon.
The attacks, the deadliest in the West African country in years, bore the hallmarks of Lakurawa - a terror group associated with the so-called Islamic State (ISIS) group, according to local officials. (end) mr.rg.gb
