KUWAIT, Feb 4 (KUNA) -- Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Major General Abdulwahab Al-Waheeb headed on Wednesday to Qatar for the conclusion of the joint Gulf tactical exercise "Arabian Gulf Security 4."
