KUWAIT, Jan 26 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, sent a congratulatory cable on Monday to the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, on the election of Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani as President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA).
