KUWAIT, Jan 23 (KUNA) -- The Kuwait Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced on Friday the departure of the force participating in the joint Gulf tactical exercise "Arabian Gulf Security 4" in Qatar, reflecting the depth of security cooperation and integration among the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
In a press statement, the ministry said departure flights were carried out in accordance with the approved plan after the participating force completed its deployment with all equipment, gear, technical and logistical supplies, demonstrating a high level of readiness and unified Gulf efforts to efficiently carry out joint field missions.
The ministry added that the exercise aims to enhance field coordination, raise levels of preparedness and security readiness and exchange expertise among Gulf security agencies, contributing to the development of the joint security framework and the ability to address various challenges and potential scenarios in a spirit of unified Gulf teamwork.
The MoI noted that this participation underscores its commitment to supporting the course of joint Gulf action and strengthening cooperation and integration among Gulf security agencies, in a manner that bolsters the foundations of security and stability of GCC states. (end) hmd.kda.hs
