KUWAIT, Dec 26 (KUNA) - Kuwait's Civil Service Commission (CSC) decided that all government bodies and institutions be on a day off this Thursday, January 1, 2026, for the New Year celebrations.
Regular work will resume on the following Sunday, January 4, 2026, according to a statement posted on CSC's X account on Friday.
Institutions with special work nature can specify their respective holidays according to the requirements of the public interest, the statement added. (end) zhr.gb
