KUWAIT, Dec 20 (KUNA) -- Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadi on Saturday chaired a meeting of the permanent committee of the medical insurance hospitals to follow up on operating the system and complete requirements for licensing and transferring.
The Ministry of Health said in a statement that the minister and officials participating in the meeting discussed means of support and Coordination to ensure actual operation of the insurance-linked hospitals, completing issuance of the permits, organizing transfer procedures for the beneficiaries to receive treatment at these hospitals.
The statement noted that the "Dhaman" hospitals are part of the Medical Dhaman Hospitals Company (Dhaman) that had been established in partnership between the private and public sectors to establish an integrated system including hospitals and medical centers. (end) mnm.rk
