KUWAIT, Dec 17 (KUNA) - The Ministry of Interior said Wednesday the security forces, as part of the crackdown on the recently-dismantled diesel smuggling gang, sized 10 more tanker trucks in Khuwaisat area in the northern Al-Jahra governorate.
The tankers were intercepted before smuggling diesel fuel outside the country, the ministry said in a press release, noting that their customs data were proven rigged.
The criminal investigators of Al-Jahara governorate continue probing the case as a prelude to taking legal measures against the culprits, according to the statement. (end) ajr.gb
