ABU DHABI, Dec 8 (KUNA) -- The "Bridge 2025" Summit opened in Abu Dhabi on Monday with the participation of Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi to discuss the future of global media.
The three-day event features seven tracks covering digital content, artificial intelligence, human-centered media, film production, the creative economy, journalism, and the influence industry.
Organized with global partners, the summit hosts more than 60,000 participants and 400 speakers, chaired by UAE National Media Office head Abdullah Al-Hamed to support innovation in content creation.
It forms a key initiative of the "Bridge Alliance," an independent global body aimed at advancing media, content, and entertainment sectors while strengthening their economic and social impact.
Dr. Ahmad Al-Mansouri of UAE University told KUNA the summit is a pivotal platform that enhances the UAE's role as a regional hub for media and creative industries amid rapid digital transformation.
He said the gathering unites experts and innovators to exchange knowledge, explore trends, and review technologies reshaping global media production and distribution.
UAE Journalists Association Chairperson Fadila Al-Maeni told KUNA the summit supports Abu Dhabi's vision as a center for new ideas by linking institutions, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers in discussions on digital innovation and emerging technologies. (end) skm.aai
