MANAMA, Dec 2 (KUNA) -- The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Al-Budaiwi, together with Bahrain's Minister of Information, Dr. Ramzan Al-Noaimi, and with the participation of the King's Media Advisor, Nabil Al-Hamer, along with a number of media figures in Manama, inaugurated on Tuesday the media center accompanying the 46th session of the GCC Supreme Council.
   In a press statement, the Secretary-General expressed his thanks and appreciation to Minister Al-Noaimi, the Government Communications Center in Bahrain, and all its members for their earnest and valuable efforts in preparing and organizing the media center accompanying the 46th session, and for providing all media facilities to participants from various entities and countries, helping them carry out their media work in covering the summit.
   Al-Budaiwi affirmed that the strong participation of Gulf, Arab, and international media bodies in the media center reflects the significant media interest in the convening of the Gulf summit at all levels, aiming to highlight the blessed march of the GCC and its orientations regarding regional and international issues.
   On the sidelines of the inauguration, a media dialogue session was held for the Secretary-General, during which he spoke about joint Gulf action, its current achievements, future projects, and the Gulf perspective on several regional and international issues. (end)
