BEIRUT, Oct 30 (KUNA) -- Israeli occupation forces infiltrated the border town of Blida in southern Lebanon at dawn on Thursday, killing one person, reported the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA).
The occupation forces, supported by several military vehicles, advanced more than 1,000 meters into Blida and stormed the municipality building and killed an employee, Ibrahim Salamah, who had been sleeping there.
According to NNA, the incursion continued until 4 A.M. before the invading forces withdrew, the Lebanese army then entered the building and transported the body of the deceased to the hospital with the assistance of the Lebanese Civil Defense.
In a related incident, the Israeli occupation forces detonated a building in the southern border town of Al-Aadaissah at dawn.
Israeli occupation forces continue to target towns, vehicles, and motorcycles, despite the cessation of hostilities agreement that came into effect last November, they also continue to occupy several points and positions within Lebanese territory. (end) ayb.abg.res
