KUWAIT, Oct 29 (KUNA) -- The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, witnessed the oath-taking ceremony of several female recruits from the Women's Police Institute on Wednesday, marking the beginning of their professional careers serving the nation.
In a press statement, The Ministry of Interior said that the recruits took the oath in the presence of the Interior Ministry's Acting Undersecretary, Major General Ali Al-Adwani, and a number of security officials.
The statement explained that the oath-taking ceremony included four graduates from the 14th batch, who were appointed as lieutenants, two from the same class as warrant officers, and one graduate from the 13th batch as a corporal.
The Ministry affirmed its continued support for and empowerment of female personnel in security work, providing opportunities for Kuwaiti women to actively participate in serving their country, which reflects the Ministry's vision to enhance the performance and efficiency of the security system across all fields.
