KUWAIT, Oct 21 (KUNA) -- The National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters (NCCAL) said on Tuesday that stand-up comedy promoters will face tough fines if found violating rules and regulations concerning public decency.
NCCAL Assistant Secretary General for the Arts Sector, Musaad Al-Zamel told KUNA that the NCCAL will take matters seriously if a show violates the rules.
He indicated that fines were meant to ensure that shows would deliver quality performances that respect societal values and morals. (end) mdm.gta
