BEIJING, Oct 11 (KUNA) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Swiss counterpart Ignazio Cassis on Saturday discussed bilateral relations, particularly trade and cultural ones, and ways of promoting them in the context of the bilateral inclusive strategic partnership.
Wang made the remarks during the fourth round of China-Switzerland Foreign Ministers' Strategic Dialogue in the southern Swiss town of Bellinzona, marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Switzerland, reported China's Xinhua news agency.
He said that China values the extraordinary path the bilateral relationship has taken over the past 75 years and is willing to work with Switzerland to carry forward the useful experience, uphold dialogue, enhance mutual trust, deepen cooperation, and set an example of peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation between countries with different national conditions and social systems.
For his part, the Swiss foreign minister said both sides would mark next year the 10th anniversary of the inclusive strategic partnership between both sides.
