BEIRUT, Oct 1 9KUNA) -- A military drone of the Israeli occupation on Wednesday struck a car in the southern village of Kafra in the heart of southern Lebanon killing one person and wounding five others, said the Lebanese health authorities.
All the injured persons were hospitalized after the attack that targeted the car in Kafra, a village in the Nabatiya province in the center of the south, roughly 100 kilometers from the capital Beirut.
The occupation forces have been launching daily attacks on targets in Lebanon since a cease-fire was declared on November 27.
The Israeli occupation attacks breach the 2006 United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 on cessation of hostilities between Lebanon and the occupation entity. (end) fz.rk
