KUWAIT, Sept 15 (KUNA) -- Chief of the General Staff of Kuwait Army Lt.-Gen. Khaled Al-Shuriaan received on Monday GCC Joint Military Command Chief Maj.-Gen. Abdulaziz Al-Balawi to discuss issues of mutual interest and ways to strengthen joint Gulf military cooperation.
The meeting addressed enhancing integration across various sectors of the GCC armed forces, said General Staff of the Army in a press statement.
Deputy Army Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Pilot Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and several senior officers from both sides attended the meeting. (end) hmd.amh.hs
