CAIRO, Sept 2 (KUNA) -- Assistant Undersecretary at the Kuwait Ministry of Finance for General Budget Affairs Saad Al-Alati said on Tuesday that the Arab League's Economic and Social Council's 116th ordinary session has approved draft resolutions to enhance Arab joint action and support economic integration among Arab countries.

He emphasized his country's commitment to supporting joint Arab action in the economic, social, and developmental fields, particularly in supporting the Arab free trade area.
For his part, Arab League Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Ali Al-Maliki affirmed the League's keenness to follow up on the council's decisions.
