KUWAIT, Aug 18 (KUNA) -- The Amiri Diwan on Monday mourned the passing of Barea Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Baseer, wife of Sheikh Jaber Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah, at the age of 52.
