TEHRAN, July 21 (KUNA) -- Iran announced Monday hosting a trilateral meeting along with Russia and China on its nuclear file and the re-imposed international sanctions on Tuesday.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Esmail Baghaei, mentioned in a press briefing that the meeting will be held in the capital, Tehran, on director general level.
He indicated that they are in constant negotiations with China and Russia to redirect the course of re-imposed sanctions or ease its ramifications.
Baghaei affirmed that Iran will be holding a meeting on Friday with the European Troika of Britain, France and Germany in Istanbul on Assistant Foreign Ministers level and in attendance of European Union diplomats.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi urged his European counterparts last Friday to refrain from reactivating sanctions against Iran, including "the snap back" policy, in a conference call. (end) mw.aai
