BEIRUT, July 19 (KUNA) -- An Israeli occupation drone struck Matal Al-Jabal neighborhood in Al-Khiyam town, Marjeyoun district, south Lebanon, on Saturday.
One person was martyred in the attack, the Lebanese Health Ministry's Emergency Operations Center said in a press release.
The attack came a few hours after a similar drone strike on the border town of Al-Dhahaira where no casualties were reported, according to Lebanon's National News Agency.
Separately, the NNA reported that an Israeli occupation Merkava tank penetrated approximately one kilometer into the Lebanese territory and then returned to its position in near the border town of Aitaroun. (end) ayb.gb
