RIYADH, June 22 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia expressed its deep concern on Sunday over the latest developments in Iran, namely the targeting of Iranian nuclear facilities by the US.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the Kingdom reiterated the points outlined in its statement issued on June 13 2025, in which it condemned and denounced the violation of the sovereignty of Iran, emphasizing the need to exert all efforts to exercise restraint, de-escalate tensions, and avoid further escalation.
Saudi Arabia also called on the international community to intensify its efforts to reach a political solution that lead to the region's stability. (end) ash.ahm
