KUWAIT, May 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti nationals will be able to visit Uzbekistan visa-free starting next June, said Uzbekistan's embassy on Thursday.
A statement by the embassy indicated that Kuwaitis would be able to stay in Uzbekistan up to 30 days, adding that the decision aimed at boosting tourism in the country.
Some 378 new tourism companies were launched in addition to programs for families and groups tourism through the "Travel to Uzbekistan" initiative. (end) ae.gta
