BERLIN, April 15 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to Germany, Reem Al-Khaled, praised the fruitful cooperation between the German Academy for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RENAC) and the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS), stressing that this cooperation has become a model to be emulated in the strategic partnership.
In a speech delivered via videoconference, Al-Khaled welcomed the new Kuwaiti participants in the April 2025 session, saying RENAC Academy has proven in recent years its position as a global training platform that combines specialization, qualification, and openness to international expertise.
The ongoing cooperation between RENAC and KFAS represents an important milestone in a five-year journey and has become a model to be emulated in terms of empowering national competencies and enhancing knowledge exchange in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Some 170 Kuwaiti engineers from the public and private sectors participated in the courses organized by the RENAC Academy over the past years. (end) anj.aa
