RAMALLAH, March 25 (KUNA) -- At least 62 Palestinians were killed and 296 others were injured in the past 24 hours, as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression, health authorities in Gaza announced Tuesday.
In a press statement, the authorities explained that the death toll from the occupation's attacks since March 18 has resulted in 782 deaths and 1,663 injuries, and the death toll since October 2023 has risen to 50,144 martyrs and 113,704 injuries.
In a separate statement, the authorities revealed that the occupation has destroyed most of the primary healthcare centers in Gaza, and that the remaining centers are operating at a minimal level.
Some 32 of the 50 health centers that were operating in Gaza have been destroyed, while most of the remaining centers have been severely damaged.
Patients are being denied their medications and children are being denied their vaccinations due to the complete closure imposed on them. (end) nq.res
