AMMAN, March 7 (KUNA) -- The Jordanian Foreign Ministry on Friday reaffirmed Jordan's backing for Syria's security, stability, unity, and sovereignty.
The ministry's Spokesperson Sufian Qudah reiterated, in a press statement, support for the Syrian government in all measures it is taking to safeguard this Arab country's security and stability.
He also condemned all initiatives, organizations, and foreign interventions that target Syria's security, peace and security institutions, and are attempting to drive Syria toward anarchy, conflict, and struggle.
The spokesman, further, restated Amman's backing for the Syrian government in all its efforts to uphold the rule of law and maintain civil peace while safeguarding Syria's security, stability, and citizens' safety.
